Bought a canvas and haven't received it in 3 month

I have ordered a canvas from the Prin Shop in April, to this day i haven't received a proper response of what is going on. THe problem is, i dont even know who to contact about this to sort out. I cant believe it takes more than 3 months to get a decent response from you. i am not going to let this go.
