Terrible Account Management

Good day,
I just want to complain about the account management of Media24 and for Beeld and Rapport specifically. I subscribe to both these publications for my Grandma on a monthly basis and she informed me that she regularly receives letters that the delivery of these newspapers will be stopped. Specifically, the letter states that Media24 moved over to a new billing system that is creating a lot of admin issues and that delivery of the newspapers will now stop. Does it mean that because Media24 does not have its ducks in a row my Gran can't receive her newspaper?

I have paid for both these newspapers every month since we started our subscription, IN FACT, I was recently informed that I was AHEAD on payments until July this year. So why does Media24 threaten to stop our service for which we have paid in ADVANCE?

I demand an apology from Media24 and I insist that they stop this terrible practise IMMEDIATELY otherwise I would have to take further steps. I am a loyal paying customer and this service is unacceptable.
