Sunday Times
No delivery for year but being Charged for product

I have not been receiving my Newspaper for a year but i was still being charged. This has happened more than once. They reimbursed me the first time and convinced me to stay on as a customer. I am at fault for not taking note that i was being debited every month. I just want my subscription cancelled and to make the company aware of what is happening.
