Subscrption agreement not kept

I find it very frustrating that every Sunday morning i must call the Sunday times call centre to inform them that i have not yet receivedmy news paper, last week sunday the paper was delivered after 4pm and this week there was delivery, still i waisted my airtime this morning to call and was informed theca redelivery is being arranged but never received the paper, two weeks ago the same thing, i need someone to take responsibility, if the distribution manager is not going his Job then he needs to be replaced period, i have been receive the worst service ever, let me not talk about the weekly papers that one there has never been delivery i dont know in how many months but every month on the 25th a debit order goes off from my accoount to pay for this service, im starting to wonder that what am i paying for?
