Despite canellation, telkom collects for Trudon

Via Telephonic conversationi I was conned into a contract, and now cancellations are not accepted, I get billed despite written cancellation still from March 27th uninterruptedly. I can not understand why Telkom doesnt feel responsible for this, as they collect on Trudons behalf the amounts. My company is not trading since January 2013, but they inovoice.
