Debit order taken off twice

I am really not happy with the service from Jacklin enterprises these days. this month's debit order has gone off twice. This needs to be rectified immediately. The debit order and the debit order fee must be refunded into my account today no excuses will be taken. I have truly had enough of this companies mistakes in the accounts department.
