I bought a phone around July, and was told i can return it before it reaches the 7th day if i encounter any problem on it but if it's after the 7th day the phone will only be fixed and returned to me, i then asked the cashier to tell me as to when is the exact 7th day starting and ending of which she did count for me, it happens that the phone battery malfunctions and act abnormal in terms of battery percentages, i then took the phone back on the 7th day that was stipulated to me by the stuff member, to my surprise when i get there i was told that it's the 8th day by other cashier and the only thing that i will be helped with is by fixing the problem, left the phone in the store of which it was claimed to be booked for repair, i then made turns by the store and was told my phone is being fixed but delivered at wrong place, on the 6th of dec 2023 i was told to come fetch the phone, i went which makes is +-5months with no phone in my presence, when get it i was told it was never booked for repair yet i was using my petrol money to go check if the phone is back or not. so is it fair for me to buy something that is not of my satisfaction and is it ok for a stuff member to mislead a customer for the company's gain?
