Problems with International Parcels

This is the 2nd time that I've had trouble with Elarduspark Post Office relating to the delivery of International parcels. 2 Parcels were sent from Australia at exactly the same time. One was addressed for Brakpan and has already arrived more than 1 week ago. The other was addressed for Rietvalleirand, which gets sent to Elarduspark, and has mysteriously disappeared. The 1st time, the parcel was opened and contents removed, and as I as the receiver wasn't sure of what was in there, I only noticed it too late when the sender enquired about it. This time, the whole thing disappeared! Because the parcel didn't get a tracking number in Australia, and only when it entered South Africa, I don't have it, so it's very easy to make it disappear, and I believe that the workers at the Elarduspark Post Office are either contents, or whole parcels when they see the opportunity.
