Stinking attitude

Had an appointment with Mr Johannes, then Mr Lewi Phakathe came to us and said we need to leave or he will give Mr Phakathe a written warning, we understood his point when he explains but that is not how you speak to your collegue infront of stranger (me), can someone please educate people about team work, you never insult your collegue he did, nevermind that he pushed me out, am only worried how he speaks to his collegue. His manager came, very calm and polite but Lewi was too black and country. Please educate people like him, it goes a long way in building the image of the company.
