Rotten T-Bone Steak and Not well cooked oats

I would like to report a bad attitude and very bad service from the manager of the above-mentioned wimpy. 3 weeks ago I orderd their T-bone steak. It was rotten and smelling badly, I called the waiter who took the steak away. to my suprise instead of the manager coming to me he sent the same waiter to tell me that there was nothing wrong with steak because they took from the same meat other customers had eaten and did not complained. That was so unprofessional and rude. I just left becuase i was really irriated. This morning myself and a collegue went for a breakfast to the same wimpy. we orderd their OATS, coffie and rooibos tea. My collegue knowing how to cook oats she took 3 spoons and said this is not nicely cooked, we called the waiter who took it to the same manager, who again didnt come to us to expalin his story, instead sent the waiter to tell us there was nothing wrong with their oats and she had half eaten it, so we had to pay for it. how he argued with us was so disgusting, rude and unprofessional. it left me wonder how Wimpy company select franchisees and how does the training entail if the very same person who is supposed to represent wimpy, is one dragging it to mud
