Non compitance

The two security guards have been leaving our centre unattended no.43 Montrose street, Birchwood Court, Midrand for the past four months. Its either they come to work late to just report on duty then they would leave the gates open at night. We have reported this matter to servest management but nothing has been done to the two guards. Even their supervisors dont do site visits thats why the are not doing their job properly. This has happens everyday. We really not safe because of this guys. They just dont care.
