Poor Service & Lack of Interest in Clients

We have had a postbox with POSTNET HARTBEESPOORT for close to a year, and since having this post box since 2012 April, we have been getting NUMEROUS post of a business and other people in our box WEEKLY! And when we have raised the issue with the MANAGER and the other staff members we get told, "If you can come up with a better solution, let us know! " I am outraged by this reponse and the level of service we are receiving as a PAYING client to use the services of POSTNET HARTBEESPOORT! It is NOT rocket science, and it is NOT MY JOB to tell them how to run their business! My question is what the are we paying R495 a year for - to get someone elses post in our box?! This is just pure lazieness from POSTNET HARTBEESPOORT, surely they have a list of the people who HAVE PAID their boxes stipulating whose box is whose when putting the post in the boxes, or are they so incomptent and can't read?! We are tired of complaining and getting scarcastic answers from the MANAGER of all people. This is NOT the level of service that should be delivered to ANY PAYING CLIENT, R450 a year is alot of money to some people, I'm sure if the SA Post Office can get it right, so can you!
