Amazing rip off by Amazing vouchers

I joined amazing vouchers and they promised me all this vouchers for my subscription fee. Massages, hair and beauty treatments, fun things to do for the kids. Yet after 4 months, where they are collecting their subscription fee, I have not received my membership card that I am supposed to use when I make us of the vouchers. When I tried to terminate my subscription, they simply change the amount of the debit order and demand a 4 month cancellation period or a cancellation fee of R500. One of the biggest rip offs I have come across
