Worst spa treatment ever!

My friend and I visited the Spa on 06 April 2013, it was the worst spa experience we have ever had and definitely not worth the R1150 each that they charged us. Prior to us confirming our booking we informed them in writing to cater halaal food, this never happened so we were basically starving all day. The food that was catered was limited. We had to pay R100 for cold drinks and alcohol, both of which were out of stock, the staff had to go and check the stock everytime you ordered and took at least 10 minutes to report back or bring your drink. the actual spa treatments were not 40 minutes each and there were long intervals between treatments. the therapists eyes were glued to the clock all of the time making you feel even more uncomfortable. Staff were uninformed and unprofessional. When emailing and completing the guest register, no feedbback or apology was recieved for a week. When I did recieve feedback it was a mere "we are addressing the problems"! This was lousy and I actually feel like were robbed of our money. i think we need to be compensated for the money and time that was wasted. To anyone reading this, DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA!!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!
