Broken Goods and box in bad condition

I am a Glass blower and recently sent glass items from Paarl to Knysna. The glass is very strong and was bubble wrapped and had corigated cardboard around it and placed inside a box with fragile stickers all over..

This was a registered mail and has a tracking number aswell.

This morning I received a call from the client who collected the parcel/box and he informed me that the box was bent 90deg and just by looking at the box he knew the items was broken..

The value of the glass inside was R3200 . How is this possible that a parcel with fragile stickers on can be man handled so badly. And even if there was no stickers on still same question.

I demand that someone get incontact with me as this is just plain bad service... How can the box be bend out of shape so badly? What are they doing with these packages? Football perhaps, rugby??

I want someone to take responsibitly for these items lost due to your negligence...
