Eskom technicians demand bribe

One of eskoms technicians came to my mothers house dressed privately, on arrival he asked to check out the electrical connections after doing so he said there are faults, when asked what kind of faults he was rude and demanded to be bribed with R1000 cash The old lady asked him his name and he refused to say and for which company is he working for. when my mother refused to give him the bribe he threatened that he was going to cut off the electricity for three months and fine her R2150. Given that my mother cannot walk as she just returned from a critical operation. Eskom officials are and something needs to done about it.
