My mom had an accident with her car last Friday. From this past Monday up until today they have been promising my mom a loan car as per her contract. Every time we call them they keep saying they will call us back. They never do. Yesterday Frans threatened that as we are complaining to much he can prolong the car hire. This is not the first time we have had a problem with this. My mothers nature of work requires her to have a car at all times and we are in the process of hiring a car and suing them for payment. I have cancelled my insurance with Anderson purely because of them. Beware, use Killian Brokers and you will go mad.
