Mistreatment of defenceless animals

On the 18th of April 2013 I took my beloved dog to the above mentioned Dog Parlor, it was my first time using this parlour as I had a groupon voucher to "pamper your pet".

On the voucher it stated that the said dog parlour did collect the animals, however they could not collect my dog as I am apparently "out of their area" although I am situated in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg.

On dropping my dog off I informed the staff that I would be collecting her in 2 hours, which was not taken well at all and the people were extremely rude.

When I came to collect my dog, her eyes were swollen shut and were bloodshot, she was not herself at all, extremely sheepish!

She was there for a bath, nail trim, shave and a teeth clean. Her nails were shattered and caught on everything and her teeth were not cleaned! It took her over 24hours to open her eyes again.

I called the owner, Troy to complain, and once I completed telling him my concerns he just said "thanks" and hung up.

Please can this matter be delt with accordingly, I would hate for anyone else's loving pets to go through this horrible experience!
