Abnormal Load damaged my car and company ignores m

I called you Peet 15th April 2013 as one of THT trucks had flung up a piece of steel onto my bonnet. It hit my windscreen and luckily it did not damage my windscreen but cut into my bonnet. The black gent with the funny eye decided he will refuse to give me his details when i pulled the entire fleet over. He shouted in my face, I was a woman alone with my son of 12 and how dare he do that to me - called me a basically and had about four of your drivers around him - it was very scary. Why would I drive after these people and make them stop, I mean really does that make any sense at all!!! I have opened a case at the police station (for insurance to pay) furthermore who the is he to tell me I am a. My child and I both got such a fright when that landed on my windscreen and car. I spoke to a woman at THT when i called again and she said I must claim from the Roads fund. I really think that this man should be sorted out as he is a very bad representative of your Company. I work for a large Corporate company and we will not tolerate that kind of behaviou
