SERVICES NOT DELIVERED

In 2011 i applied for installation for electricity with Eskom, in 26 January 2012 i then made a payment of R264.54 which is the installation fee required by Eskom. till to date the electricity has not been done. i have been trying to do follow up s with no success. there are even people in my area that applied after me that have electricity now.
