Non Delivery of registered mail

Three weeks ago I sent a registered letter from Bellville to Johannesburg. The letter arrived at Witpos within 48 hours and there it sits to this day. The enquiry contact number, once the call was answered, advised that they are very busy at Witpos and have a huge backlog!

Why is this not published in the press?
