Examination Application Postage Problem

To Whom It May Concern,

I am furious with the fact that I got my examination application in on time to your address at the post office A MONTH AGO yet NOBODY has collected my registered letter. This has now resulted in my application missing the deadline which is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! WHY HAS NOBODY FETCHED MY REGISTERED LETTER?? I called the post office themselves who confirmed my letter is on hand and has been there SINCE THE 10TH OF AUGUST!!! Please explain to me what on earth is going on and what you intend to do about it? IMMEDIATELY.

When I was eventualy redirected to the registrars office who apparently deals with the post the gentleman was "in a meeting" and refused to take my call. I am disgusted by this overall behaviour.
