Paid and No Delivery

We have ordered Concrete Lintels from Pilansberg, we have paid 29 March 2013 R23954.59. We have phoned the sales rep Chris on several occasions, either he does not pick up his phone, does not phone back or when he does there is always a story. We have phoned the Pilansberg offices on 011 7626028, requested to talk to the Owner/Director Mr Evans, he will phone me back every time never phoned me back, then there is another person involved the Operationals Manager Sheryl, who also does not return your calls, never in the office or when she does call back another story is being told. We have our Primary client on our necks to deliver, we have paid, we have phoned, we have begged, but nothing happens... this is getting ridiculous and is extremely poor service from this company, they must be ashamed of themselves.
