In July they repaired the motor on my SpeedQueen. They replaced the motor and then said they needed to fix the bracket but would need to get a spare... but could I pay for the motor as it was month end and they needed cash. In good faith the account was paid. To day, 9 months later I'm still waiting for them to replace the bracket.
Promises are all you'll get - this is one supplier you need to be wary of! I've never heard so many excuses or!
