I ordered a part from Partserver in March, sent them my proof of payment and have still not received my part and am pushed from pillow to post, people promising to get back to me and still nothing happens!!! My part is still not in my hands. I cannot belive the service which I am receiving from PARTSERVE and managers just passing the buck backwards and forwards... This is totally unacceptable from a supplier point of view and suggest that anyone who purchases change their suppliers ASAP. This will be the type of service you will receive from them.

I have spoken to Duwayne Pieters, John David (Sales Manager), and now again this morning Garth Van Wyk who promised to call me back in 5 minutes and yet I am still waiting for someone to get back to me.

I will post the emails received all over the web as now I have had enough of the poor service received, even in a email from Mr David stating he is sorry for the poor service and still nothing is getting done. I want the manager/owner of the business to contact me as I am going to take this further.
