Unacceptable behavior by wedding dress company

I am so disgusted with Suzette's attitude tonight!! Any business offering a service should act professional and ethical when a paying client has a complaint. She was so rude! Totally unacceptable behavior! The fact that she told my sister to her face that she was lying about her wedding dress's boning sticking into her, just shows how unprofessional she really is! The adjustments, which she was told were going to be made was not done and they didn't even have the decency to inform her about it before her wedding! She just had to deal with the pain and an oversized dress on her special day! Thanks to her incompetent service delivery, my sister will have these awful memories of the day which is supposed to be the most beautiful day of her life. Suzette, you really need an attitude adjustment! I have never in my life come across anyone as unprofessional as you! You are a disgrace to the company and I feel very sorry for your husband! He actually took the time to listen to us and said he will look into it. Thats all we expected from you, but instead you were defensive and rude? I could not believe how arrogant and disrespectful you were to me and my sister!
