Sibusiso at Hydro Doors is a star!

I bought a house that had an old digi24 garage motor. When I called Hydro Doors for help,
Sibusiso was extremely helpful and convinced me to rather replace than repair a unit for which parts are no longer available. He would admit to not knowing some of my more technical questions, but made sure to point out the pro's of buying the new Digi One, and offered telephonic help should I struggle with installation.
Barring some missing instructions in the booklet provided, I had an easy time removing the old unit and installing the new one. I was able to program the new remotes as well as the old ones.
All of this was done on a week night between 8 and 11 pm!
