Hydro Health dispence

To whom it may concern: We received a Hydro Health Dispenser from Tafelberg and we did not have any handbook. Tafelberg took the machine and had it cleaned. We contacted Tafelberg who sent out a Rep Clyde White who said that the manual would have told us we must clean the filter every month and that after a year replace the filter. We showed him the green fungi and he said it was because we did not clean it he then cleaned it and the green fungi was still present. He informed us that it would still be fine to give to patients. We are PET/CT centre and deal with patients who have very low immune systems (mostly cancer). We did find the manual and it is very badly written and does not give the information that we needed nothing on cleaning the filter monthly or replacing of the filter after a year. So even if we had the pamphlet from the beginning the instructions was lacking to inform not only us but anyone that bought a Health Hydro product. My Professor Ellmann was very angry at this and said I must take this further. Now we are sitting with this problem which is not our fault and would like it to be rectified asp because we cannot give this water with fungae.
