Beware of Bright and Bubbly Cleaning services

I discovered that my hair products which I kept in a basket at my mirror, was all gone after Bright and Bubbly Cleaning services cleaned my house. After immediately communicating with the manager, it came to light that the ladies were indeed not supervised that day. In addition to this, the cleaning ladies claim that they thought my basket was a dust bin and its content was all garbage which they thought they can take home. According to the manager I had to understand this seeing that the cleaning ladies come from a different background than we do. Poor argument! The manager did however agree that this is unacceptable and undertook to pay the value of the products back. I haven't received a cent yet. Just a bunch of lame excuses and false accusations.
