SA Post Office
Did not expect this from SA Post Office

Hi,
Had some foreign parcel at Capemail. Requested it to be forwarded to nearest post office. After a month got no reply.
Phoned a Post Office number and was lucky to be connected to Siphokazi Matinisi. She immediately said she will find out what the status is.
5 minutes later she phoned me back (which i did not expect) with the status and she then followed up to make sure the package was forwarded to correct post office.
One is so use to not expect anything good from the Post Office that this was a pleasant surprise.
Keep up the good work Siphokazi, the Post Office can be proud of you.
