No response onwebsite after three messages sent

Good afternoon
I have contacted Nestle through their website three times in the last month (once per week) I have sent another email this morning. I have a 5L Nestle water machine and cannot find any bottles that fit this any longer (the necks of the bottles are too short. I cannot afford another machine. What are consumers supposed to do now??? Have been pouring water over into an old bottle but it now looks disgusting and I cannot get it clean anymore.
