No photo shoot and no refund

My complaint dates back to January 2011 when I booked a new born shoot for my daughter, this was rescheduled due to Bronwyn's personal reasons which I didn't begrudge at all, she is a mother like me and I respected this. However, after the 3rd reschedule she then just didn't get back to me again, after numerous emails she contacted me apologising for my case slipping through the cracks and offering to do a shoot at a reduced fee (I had already paid a huge deposit). This then never came about either and to this day I have had neither a photo shoot or a refund despite numerous emails from my side!
