Pathetic service

I purcahsed a groupon and have been calling KS Photography to book a photo shoot however she (Kryshka Sukdeo) constantly comes up with excuses or just never responds. The last straw was on Sunday (15/12/13). I sent her a message informing her we will meet her at the designated location and she responded by saying its raining and she is unable to do the photo shoot. We were at the location and the weather was perfect. I informed her that we can proceed with the photo shoot as it wasn't raining but she refused to respond to this day. During the few weeks that I have been trying to book a photo shoot she is constantly coming up with excuses or just not responding at all. Such pathetic, unprofessional service!
