Pick 'n Pay
UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter to commend Calvin, the head baker of Northlands Pick 'n Pay for his wonderful service.

On friday afternoon I urgently needed a novelty cake for my 3 year olds birthday party on the sunday. As expected, no one could accomodate me. I went into Pick n Pay northlands and asked them to bake me some cakes and also ordered icing and was going to attempt to make the cake myself.

When I came to collect the spounges and icing on saturday, Calvin could see I was flustered and knowing that I wanted to do a princess cake he told me that he would put it together for me as he had done them before.

I was not sure if he could do what I had in mind but left it in his hands.

When I came to collect the cake I couldnt believe my eyes. What he had done was absolutly beautiful! He went out of his way and FAR ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY when he put together that cake for me. If Only I could post pictures for you on Hello Peter.

Calvin is my hero and I will sing his praise, and that of PNP Northlands for all my days.

Please can you ensure he is recognised for his outstanding service. It is not often that you find someone like him.
