Good Day,

I cancelled my amazing vouchers membership 5 years ago, but yet they still debiting my account, called the call centre this morning, the agent then advised, that a call centre agent will call me after 24-48 hours to confirm the termination of my membership, why do I have to so long to be assisted, I want to be refunded for the years that you have deducted without my knowledge. This is a waste of my time and money, just to get asistance, its easy to take clients money but not as easy to get the service.

Please cancel this membership and refund my money.
