Is Glo2Global a!!???!!

I was called by a lady offering me a spa deal at Utopia Beauty Salon, I was told that I would pay a subscription fee and I had a 5 day cooling off period were I could cancel the subscription. Two days after, I cancelled the subscirption. This all happened in the month of October 2012. On 1 November I was two amounts were deducted from my account (R114 R399). I called and psoke to an Alan to informed me that I would get the refund in 30 to 90days. On 1 December another R399 was deducted from my account. I then called and spoke to a Faroek who assrued me that my money will be in my account in 60 days, and they stated that this could not be done any sooner as an investigation needed to be conducted. In Feb 2013 my 60 days were due and I contacted the company again, I spoke to Faroek again, and he assured me that my money would be in the 1st week of March, I called again and he referred me to Megan, who makes empty promises and does not return any calls. Every week since then I have been told my money would be in by the end of that working week. It is now April and I have been waiting for my total of R912 to be refunded into my account! It looks like this company makes illegal deduct
