In October 2012 I signed up for Spa treatment membership with Go2global but I cancelled the membership within the 5 day grace period. After I had cancelled the membership my account was still debited with R114 and R399 in the same month. When I enquired about this I was informed by a lady called Naniwe that I will be refunded within 30 to 90 days. In November another debit of R399 went off in my bank account but I managed to reverse this one at my bank. I have been trying to get hold of this company through the telephone numbers I used before (i.e 021 0030305, 021 0030306/7 and 021 2008482) without any luck as these numbers are no longer active. After some investigation I was given an email for Lance Tallberg by a lady who used to work for this company and I was told I should get in touch with him he will attend to my query. I am still waiting for this Lance fellow to respond to my emails. I don't know how I will get my money back as it seems to me that these people have just vanished since their phones are disconnected.
