A pleasure to deal with Willem

My parcel got lost during the strike and ended up in the wrong post office, two months later.

Willem at Aston Manor went through heaps of parcels to see if he can locate mine. he called me back a few minutes after our call ended and arranged for the parcel to be rerouted. To top it all, he spoke to me in my language.

Well done Willem, you make me proud. You're a breath of fresh air in a country engulfed by parastatal darkness.
