Bad Product

I recently bought a pack of 10 Lion safety matches from a shop in springs, but im very dissappionted because most of the boxes are half empty or its so thin that when you strike it it break or some of the doesnt even have heads, i really think that its a waste of money because of the week product. And i really think they should make the product better, now i waste my money for nothing come on this is not fair!
