Costmetic cheeckbone filler never plumped as promi

Nov 2012, had filler done by Dr Holiday, Douglas dale, FILLER not showing, went January, a lot more, Dr said Resulted immediate and 4 weeks (6 weeks max) now over 6 wks. e mailed dr Holiday, he gave me the e mail address for the supplier, Genop health care, JUVEDERM FILLERS AND BOTOX, Leeanne Botha, she promised 13 /3/13, asked for form to be filled in, i did, shE promised to send to UK to their product surveillance dept, but never heard from her again, asked her for answer, then a Adele mailed me and tried to send me back to the dr. i said no.she then promised to contact doctor and sort with him as they are the suppliers, the dr gave me two ref nu's for JUVEDERM GENOP, the Leeanne Botha, VB20901505EXPIRE DATE 5.2.14, and other expire date, THIS YEAR, 2013, 8th month. not one of them is taking responsibility, ignoring my e mails, and not a word about the report from the U.K. i am now so negative regarding fillers, as THIS didn't work, i had it done before, AND IT WORKED. I cant see a inch of difference, just had pain, and no gain, AND WAISTED ALMOST R4500.00. no refund the doctor said, therefore go to JUVEDERM the supplier, I don't THINK IT IS FAIR, WAISTING THE MONEY, FALSE PROMI
