Total non delivery for service bad fo

Oil Rig Job indicated they would be able to provide all the information, support, back up etc etc I would need as regards health and safety work in the oil and gas industry. Once I paid the money all I got was a general report on the oil and gas industry, nothing pertaining to health and safety. All emails I sent to them have been ignored and not replied to. They never provided a telephone number.
In short this business is a. Do not pay them any money as you will not get anything for it.
