I booked my car (Hyundai Accent) in for a 45000km service. I was told to collect my vehicle at 3:10 pm, on receiving the vehicle I noticed the car started backfiring, not picking up speed and stalling. I brought the vehicle back in at 3:40 pm. Riaan (Service Advisor) assisted me and informed me that my vehicle's spark plugs were old and water went into the spark plugs and he swapped for new ones. When receiving the vehicle for the second time the vehicle had the same problem and he informed me that h cannot assist me at that time and that I have to leave my vehicle and collect it on Monday. I then threw a tantrum as this is my only means of transport. I informed him that when I booked my vehicle in it had not had any issues. I shared words with Riaan, I informed him that I will be reporting this matter to Hello Peter and he mentioned rudely that he doesnt care and I should do so and I can report it to Hello Frikkie for all he cares. That is not a behaviour that should be tolerated from a service advisor. I am the client and I should be treated with respect even though I was throwing a tantrum. One of the staff members assisted me with resolving this issue. I will not support this branch eve
