I have applied for credit clearance on the above mentioned company and that was 4months ago and they have been debiting my account since then the first debit was an amount of R1068.00 and the secind installment went off in Jan 27th of R825..I saw their add on line and filled in their form and I was called back by an agent called Mongezi Hams on the 18.10.12 @ 10:40am and he was very assistant and polite and told me how their services work after that I have been calling their call centrer line after numerous times I was given this number which is 0114681220 n request for a Miss Ayanda (in which) she deals with new applications and she told me another consultant by name Ms Samantha will be calling me to inform me on the progress of my application and that is all that she's been giving me is that response n no one eva gets back to me..So today on the 20.03.13 I tried to call their call centre number and Ayandas line n it only gave me busy signal meaning they might have up n left with my money n I've bin calling the whole time with my own money..
Jst tell me now who will customer with bad credit get help coz the ppl we think will help us only vanish in time
