Hi there
It gives me great pleasure to write about the service and treatment I got from Mr. Mabasa and his PA Melody Green. Not so long ago I sent an email to the Directors of Brandhouse for a specific request. I was puzzled yet very excited to get a reply from Mr. Mabasa who took matters to his own hands by making sure that my request was adhered to almost immediately.

What amazed me the most is for someone in his level, which would take the time to read and respond to such requests. He was very professional and efficient in his response: he made promises that he kept, which was very important to me as the requestor! He saw to it that I was given 1st class service all the way by Brandhouse. I know that he holds a very high position or one of the high positions in the company but I just want to thank him for leading by example, thank him for not even once treat me unequal or unimportant to your company even though I had no business with it! Thank him for putting my needs first and making sure that I was treated like a King.
