Purchased a bottle of blue label for a special occasion. on the night of the event the whiskey was milky. Brandhouse collected the bottle promptly from my house, i was very impressed since then its i have had to constantly call them never receiving any feedback - promise of people who will contact me- never happening its been almost 5 months. The bottle was suppose to have been delivered to my house yesterday - never happened and again no feedback!
