SA Post Office
NO DELIVERY

I was suppose to receive a parcel from Cape Town last year when I have added the tracking number on the internet for the post office I see that it is in northmead why I do not know because my address is in Kempton and I contacted the post office the lady there advised that they will forward the packaged today is the 14/01/2013 a new year and I still have not received the parcel is there anything I can do about this I cannot go to north mead to collect this Item that is why I paid for it already to be delivered in edleen must I wait until this year xmas to get this this was my 3 year old xmas gift - so so disappointed
