I have logged a complaint earlier this month about the huge amount that I owe the SABC and to my surprise when I got home yesterday I found a letter from The operations manager dated 08 Feb. with a subject heading "time to renew your television" and no eplanation whatsoever of how R250 went up to R2750. I should also mention that i have not received an email or phone call at least from the SABC where someonne can explain the aforesaid amoun. I should say that if this is the kind of service or extorsion service that the broadcaster is running maybe we should all not own Tv's and as for the legal debt collection company that they rush off to and leave people with huge unneccessary amounts of money i think the SABC should be investing in contacting their customers first before they can leave them in these outrageous amounts of monies as clearly seem to be a money making scheme than a professionally ran company. I hope this message find you all in good health and someone responsible will have the ccourtesy of contacting me to explain what/where this outrageous amount comes from.
