Crazy billing

Hi

Im writing this on behalf of my mother. It started last October when she got a bill of R11000 for the month. My dad past away in January and she is never at home. Her bill for Des was R1325.85, Jan R1229.05 and for Feb R1005.75. For March they send her a bill for R7271.97. It is three fase power and my brother lives next to her and his power bill is never more than R2000. Eskom said one of the meters was not read so thats why it is so high. But thats their fault not my mothers. She lives alone and there is no way she can use that amount of electricity. Thanks hope you can find someone to respond to this because all they tell us is that is the amount and we must pay.
