I bought an item in their loyalty shop two months ago. I've sent numerous emails, faxes and letter to find out when I will receive the item. To this day I have not received one reply or my item. They even so far as to block me on Facebook, just because I keep asking for my item and saying that I don't like their customer service. I won't be using their website again. There are plenty of competition websites with better service.
