BAD SERVICE

My parcel was posted on 10/03/2013 and in transit send to Germiston on 12/03/2013 and from there to Witspos on 12/03/2013 at 22:10. Still nobody can help me where it is. If I phone the call centre at 0860 000 977 they just put me on hold.
